In the wide ranging interview, Mr. Al Arrayed discussed the prospects for growth in the industrial sector of the real estate market in Bahrain, and the opportunities there, relative to other sectors like office or residential. He also discussed regional expansion plans for Majaal, First Bahrains SME-focused warehousing development.
