Majaal Signs 10 New Tenants Covering 7,500 SQM

Reinforces Commitment to Supporting Industrial Growth and SMEs in Bahrain

Bahrain Investment Wharf, Hidd – Majaal Warehouse, a subsidiary of First Bahrain Holding Co. and one of the Kingdom’s leading providers of high-quality industrial and commercial spaces, has announced the signing of 10 new tenants, leasing a total of 7,500 square meters of space. This milestone reflects Majaal’s ongoing commitment to positioning Bahrain as a hub for industrial growth and investment, while supporting the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and attracting global players to the Kingdom.

The new tenants represent a diverse range of sectors, from manufacturing and automotive to air conditioning and trading. Several are industrial manufacturers expanding or establishing operations within Majaal’s facilities, reinforcing its role as a key enabler of Bahrain’s industrial diversification and economic resilience.

“Majaal serves as a central platform for both local and international investors, creating a dynamic ecosystem across logistics and manufacturing industries,” said Omar Al Temiemy, Chief Executive Officer of First Bahrain. “As an investment promotion agency, the Bahrain Economic Development Board (Bahrain EDB) serves as the primary point of contact and trusted partner for global businesses throughout their investment journey, these services include market entry guidance and location identification. Collaborating with Bahrain EDB on this has been critical to matchmaking investors with the requisite warehousing services.”

Majaal benefits from streamlined processes championed by Team Bahrain, which brings the private and public sectors together to simplify doing business in Bahrain and create an attractive investment environment for businesses to succeed.

“Our warehouses are designed with productivity in mind—featuring open-plan layouts, high ceilings, and column-free interiors—offering maximum flexibility and efficiency for industrial operations.”

Over the past two years, Majaal’s tenant base has expanded across logistics, manufacturing, and storage, with sustained growth in each sector. These investments not only drive industrial capacity but also contribute directly to job creation for Bahraini nationals, aligning with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 goals for workforce empowerment.

Majaal remains proud to contribute to this vision by offering spaces and services that enable companies—both local and international—to grow, innovate, and thrive
